raised by those who believed in a glass of wine with dinner every night, vivi grew up around the pleasures of culinary adventure, and thus had instilled the appreciation of wine at a young age. although everything tasted the same and horrible at the time, the palate evolved to love the good stuff, and a respect for those that create wine with all their heart. having a background in fine dining in boston mass., and an excellent wine program that extolled the philosophies of small production, respectful winemaking, she realized her move to dallas TX would be the perfect place to get on the ground floor of this particular style of wine scene, and a had big dreams of opening up something of her own. meeting her partner was the catalyst to getting this dream off the ground and the rest is history
